Please​ ​tell​ ​us​ ​a​ ​little​ ​about​ ​yourself,​ ​your​ ​business​ ​and​ ​your​ ​HCR​ ​journey:​

I have worked as a soft tissue therapist and educator in FE for over 20 years and supported  pre and post natal women throughout their journeys. I have seen an increasing number of women who are frustrated with the lack of understanding and education in restoring pelvic health following birth, and as a mum of four myself I know first hand the importance of addressing pelvic floor weakness in order to be able to participate fully in everyday activities, including running around after the kids without fear of little accidents.

After my second child I certified as a torso and core stability instructor (after gaining fitness instructing qualifications) to complement my soft tissue therapy work, especially in helping manage back pain primarily caused by a weak core.

I decided to become a holistic core restore coach as I am passionate about enabling women to take back control of their bodies and learn to love themselves; scars, stretchmarks and all.  I work alongside an amazing women’s health Osteopath who originally signposted me to Jenny Burrell so that we can work holistically in educating and empowering women.
