Please​ ​tell​ ​us​ ​a​ ​little​ ​about​ ​yourself,​ ​your​ ​business​ ​and​ ​your​ ​HCR​ ​journey:​

As a Soft Tissue Therapist and a Fitness Coach, I have been working with women for over 16 years.  During that time I have had 2 children, which is when I did my PT and Fitness Coach training.  Getting out and teaching classes was a great way to work with a group of people as well as a way for me to be Claire, for a few nights a week.  I had both my children by c section, and this lead me to do training in scar therapy techniques, as I had experienced the benefit myself.  I went on from there to train in Oncology for Soft Tissue Therapists and I volunteer as a therapist for a local charity who provide complementary therapy for patients living with life-altering conditions.  I have gained a reputation with our local breast cancer centre for the scar work and additional therapy and coaching that I’m able to offer.  I had been interested in Burrell Education courses for a while because whenever anyone asked in a group who they recommended, their name came up the most!  I am passionate about a holistic approach to wellness and life in general and being a HCR Coach means I can bring that passion and learning to more women, empowering them with the knowledge to get them through life and all that it throws at us.  I am excited to share this amazing program with my clients.
