I trained as Sports Massage therapist at the same place as Jenny Burrell and had heard of her Pregnancy massage courses through the student’s Facebook pages and found her
Education website. On this I learnt all about her work and how I could become involved in teaching and training women to a better body and health which would complement my
massage work.
I have three children all with different births, from forceps to and emergency C-section and felt that with this inside knowledge I was in a great position to teach the Holistic Core & Restore programme. I am based in Old Town, Eastbourne and cover Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Lewes and Bexhill. I also teach PowerHoop classes along with my daughter Abi in Eastbourne.
