Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I’m a former midwife, wife and mum of 2, with a passion for health and well being and the effect exercise and nutrition has on a women’s well being through pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal recovery. I have always been a very active person and personally feel the difference exercise and good nutrition have on my own well being.
Through my journey as a midwife my vision for providing exercise for pregnant and postnatal mum’s began. When I had my own children I really struggled to find appropriate exercise provision for this phase in life and a place to build community with other mum’s and mum’s to be.
I’m passionate about safe, correct and effective exercise for where women are at in their journey. I would love women to have a greater understanding of how their bodies work and all the changes our bodies go through. Understanding how to protect, restore and strengthen their bodies to flourish. For women to build community where they support and encourage one another, doing life together.
Seeing women struggle with pelvic floor weakness and diastasis (tummy gap) I wanted to provide so much more for them to regain function, strength and confidence in their bodies.
So I am very excited to be a part of the Holistic Core Restore Team to be able to provide deeper care for women through these courses, seeing them truly flourish.
