Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I became a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer 6 year ago. I decided to take a qualification in Pre and Post Natal exercise as I find the subject extremely interesting, especially how mums body adapts to look after her growing foetus. I have 3 children of my own. Baby number 3 was 11lb and I was concerned that I was going to be in Tena lady if I didn’t look after my pelvic floor!. I am passionate about helping women with the untalked about ‘womens things’, to perform exercises correctly and safely, to support them with rebuilding their strength, and to most importantly to help them regain their confidence and love their body again.
