Please​ ​tell​ ​us​ ​a​ ​little​ ​about​ ​yourself,​ ​your​ ​business​ ​and​ ​your​ ​HCR​ ​journey:​

With 17 years experience in soft tissue therapies and fitness, and 10 years experience in tutoring and training, I decided to streamline my passion, knowledge, interests and business into pregnancy, post natal and women’s wellness. It was only after coming across Burrell Education, that I realised just how much more in depth my knowledge and training could go.

Specialising in pregnancy massage and treatments, antenatal classes,  pre and post natal exercise, baby massage and baby yoga, my aim is to support women across all aspects of fitness and wellbeing.  Its a great feeling to be able to able to empower and support women through such an big change in their lives and support the changes and challenges that motherhood brings.

After following Burrell Education’s work for a while and being inspired by the knowledge and passion put into each element of the training courses, I became a qualified scar tissue therapist, specialising in C-section, hysterectomy and abdominal scar massage. It was during my time on this training that I met some of the other HCR coaches and was inspired so much by them that I decided to become a HCR coach myself (these women know their stuff, what an amazing group of ladies to meet).
