Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I love my job as a Post Natal Specialist Personal Trainer and feel passionate about helping women safely and effectively back into fitness after having a baby or a long period away from exercise. I believe it’s so important that women understand more about how their bodies work and that, unfortunately, often they don’t get the support or have the knowledge they need in order to re-connect with their bodies after birth. The main appeal of the Holistic Core Restore programme is that it doesn’t just concentrate on exercise, it includes self care, breathing, pelvic health and nutrition in it’s content which brings about positive changes, not just physically but emotionally also.
I’m looking forward to sharing the HCR programme with you and helping you to re-connect with your body on this fitness and wellbeing journey.
