I started in the health and fitness industry back in 1999 so have many years experience of helping others identify their goals and working towards achieving them.

Women’s health and wellness has become a passion of mine over the last few years especially after the birth of my daughter, Izzy. Its really important that women are well informed about how their bodies work and then feel empowered to use it with confidence and become the woman they deserve to be.

Holistic Core Restore is a wonderful way of learning, getting stronger and more confident whilst meeting women on exactly the same journey as each other. I can’t wait to help you on your journey!
