I am Advanced Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with specialist qualifications in pre and postnatal Massage. From the very beginning of my career, it has been my intention to learn as much as possible to support women’s health.

This has come about because of MY prenatal and postnatal journey. Pre babies I was an ultra runner and hill runner as well as skiing for my country in my youth. Sport was my life and my joy. I have 2 beautiful boys, but I’m 5ft short with a narrow pelvis and I grow big bouncing babies! I was very frustrated after the birth of my first child about how difficult it was to collate the information I required to help myself heal. The more I researched for myself, the more I wanted to be able to help other women to help themselves and be able to regain full function of their amazing bodies.

When I discovered HCR, I immediately wanted to become a coach so I could support women’s health pre and postnatally; through perimenopause, menopause and beyond or after gynaecological surgery; whether they simply want to recover full daily function or whether they want to SAFELY return to running or heavy fitness loads.
