Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I have been working as a yoga teacher for 14 years and specializing in pregnancy and postnatal yoga for 11 years. Having had two children quite close together I learnt first hand how important it was to close, restore and strengthen the body postnatally and realized that many women struggle with this not knowing how to correctly do this.
I am passionate about helping women to feel stronger in pregnancy, postnatally or pre/post menopause, with a focus to help all women learn to love their bodies.
Clients have benefited tremendously from attending my antenatal and postnatal yoga sessions to help adjust to a changing body. I have always wanted to deliver more information to women surrounding core and pelvic floor stability and strength and found that the education and training offered to women in various stages in our lives is seriously lacking in the UK.
Becoming a Holistic Core and Restore coach has given me a invaluable opportunity to share how women can empower themselves through exercise so that they don’t have to be stuck or suffer silently. The Holistic Core and Restore programme, delivers world class information, with amazing support and training which I will be really excited to share with you.
