For the past 8 years I have been working as a Sports Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor.  Women often feel embarrassed about pelvic health and are left feeling very concerned and do not always know what to do to help themselves.  I want to help women back their own pelvic health care through giving them the confidence that there is always something that can be done through education, exercise and physical therapy.
