I am a mum of 2 energetic boys and an International Wales and Great Britain Sports Player. I have owned 2 ladies fitness centres for over 10 years and have a huge passion helping women and mums to overcome all the obstacles they face when wanting to keep healthy and fit. I want to show as many ladies as possible that they can fit safe exercise easily int their daily routine.
Competing in International sport 3 months post giving birth gave me a huge insight into how important and vital it is to train your core properly. This is why I am so excited to be a Holistic Core Restore (R) Coach and provide the most up to date training to females. I cannot wait to work with you and to give you my energy and passion to make you feel your best self.
