I had been working in the fitness Industry for 10 years. After I had my second daughter & updating my training with Burrell Education, I saw the results I got for myself as a postnatal mum & the results my clients where getting when we applied that knowledge. It was a natural progression to want to become an HCR coach! The HCR community offers such a vast amount of support, knowledge & training, not just for us as coaches but also for our clients.
