Holistic Core is a revolutionary programme with multidisciplinary approach to women’s health. For years I suffered from unexplained health issues and pelvic floor dysfunction and it took me years to get to the root cause.
Addressing just one area, will not get you to the root cause. We need to address multiple systems and holistic core programme does just that.
I support my clients with pilates, nutritional, functional medicine testing, structural myofascial work, scar tissue release and cranial -sacral therapy.
I am so excited to be able to offer the holistic core restore programme to my clients. The programme offers much needed community, classes and home work so my clients are thoroughly supported throughout their journey.
