I strongly believe that there’s a real need for better education and postnatal care for every woman. I love working with my clients to help them reconnect with long forgotten muscles, to strengthen their pelvic floor and cores, and to improve their everyday life. As a mum of two, running my own business as a postnatal fitness instructor and Pilates teacher, I understand the stresses that mums face. That’s where I can help, to support my clients back to health and fitness.
