First and foremost I am a proud Mummy to my 4 year old son Zak and 8 month old daughter Chloe.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist working in the local Health Authority as well as the private sector, my workload has seen a vast increase in the number of women I have come across with women’s health issues. It was while researching to further my knowledge in this area that I came across the HCR programme and knew instantly that this was THE programme which would bridge the gap and make a positive impact on so many of these women’s lives.

I cant wait to get started and look forward to bringing a new level of education, restoration and confidence to this very special client group.
