Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey​:

I launched Fresh Start in 2012 after a decade in PR. In short, I wanted a new career where I could genuinely help women to feel better about themselves, and I’ve never looked back! Since then I’ve loved working with many women to boost their body image, their fitness AND their self esteem. I’ve naturally moved into specialising in pregnancy and postnatal fitness as part of this, and hence becoming a HCR coach was a very natural (and exciting!) progression to ensure I can absolutely BEST serve my clients, whatever their life stage.
