I’m a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. A mum of a little girl. As a HCR coach I have the knowledge and experience to advise my female clients through specific exercise prescription , on how to look after themselves and progress forward from whatever stage they are at in life. From Recovery (from childbirth or operations) to athlete level in live or online/virtual training setting.
