I am a Fitness Pilates instructor and sports massage therapist with over 14 years experience in the fitness industry. my lean towards the therapeutic world has enhanced my knowledge and understanding of real, functional exercise and i truly believe that if you have the fundamentals correct, nothing can hold you back! i am a mother to two children and my own pregnancies, births, miscarriages and other abdominal surgical procedures have made me realise that most of use don’t know how to help ourselves, or where turn to to find help. Being a Holistic Core Restore coach brings all of my experience in  soft tissue and exercise skills together, along with my passion for pelvic health I am looking forward to be able to offer more for the prenatal and post natal woman and beyond; whatever stage you’re at.
