Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I have been involved in health and wellbeing for over 20 years and have focused on women’s fitness for the last 10. I have worked with so many wonderful women who have suffered with pelvic floor and diastasis issues following the birth of their children and feel it is essential that women are given more education on this and have a better understanding of how to improve things. The basics within the class with regards to breathing and core work is so important for overall health and fitness. My aim is to make women feel strong and healthy both internally and externally and to enjoy exercising outdoors with like minded women as part of a wider community.
