Please tell us a little about yourself, your business and your HCR journey:
I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years working in London, Dubai, Edinburgh and now the Scottish Borders. It was following the birth of my children that I decided to specialise in pre and post-natal fitness, which has driven my passion for women’s health.
Many of my clients are now mid-life, peri and post-menopausal, and becoming a Holistic Core Restore Coach has allowed me to provide them with the guidance, up-to-date knowledge and practical steps they need to take control of their long term physical and mental well-being.
We are all dealing with a lot of stress in our lives, which is having a proven negative effect on our health. With so much (often contradictory!) information available to us, it can be overwhelming knowing where to start, and trying to work out what is the best course of action for you. I will work with you to discover not only what you need but what you enjoy and can realistically fit into your day in terms of exercise and self-care.
For me, exercise and looking after yourself should not be an extra stress, and something that further depletes you, but a positive, enhancing element in your life.
