Women’s lives don’t always lend themselves to maintaining fitness. When you take into account pregnancy, the post-natal period, the perimenopause and menopause, the challenges we face to look after ourselves are complicated and often confusing. Too often we accept second best for ourselves when we strive for the best for our loved ones, and don’t make enough time to nurture. Healing your core and pelvic floor is a powerful starting point in a journey towards better balance in life. I have been an HCR coach since 2014 because I am passionate about women achieving their full potential.
