Please​ ​tell​ ​us​ ​a​ ​little​ ​about​ ​yourself,​ ​your​ ​business​ ​and​ ​your​ ​HCR​ ​journey:​

I started my Foofoo journey back in 2013, when I attended the training in London with Jenny Burrell.  It was uplifting, inspiring, motivating, full of wellness knowledge and I wanted to deliver this course into my community to help reach ladies with pelvic health issues.

I was a keen runner but I suffered from stress incontinence for years and stopped running through total embarrassment.  However, having completed the course, adjusted my nutrition, did the correct exercise to help my situation, this year I ran the London Marathon with not a leakage in sight, a great achievement.   

I love the classes for so many different reasons, from  the ladies that attend, helping and showing them a way to get they life’s back on track and start enjoying it again, the talk time, the nutrition element, the feedback that come from the weekly session, the openness and because it’s so different to other classes, it’s very targeted what I do, its fun and it’s supporting for every woman.
