Encouraging and enabling women of all ages and stages to embrace a more physically active lifestyle is my mission and what a joy it is! As a Comprehensive Rehab Pilates Instructor with a background in professional dance I have seen and experienced over and over again the benefits of regular movement both mentally and physically. Getting my body moving again when I felt scared and frustrated and totally daunted was essential to my own recovery after experiencing severe Pelvic Girdle Pain throughout the pregnancies of my three children and beyond.

Joining Holistic Core Restore feels like such a brilliant opportunity to build on and deepen my movement coaching skills and therefore help more women even more effectively and holistically. I love how it is a programme that is constantly staying on top of the latest research and evidence and how it focuses on enabling women to truly and thoroughly care for themselves so that they can get on with living their best lives.
