I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years starting as a fitness instructor and working my way up to management. I had previously worked with and friends with an Holistic Core Restore coach
and she heightened my interest in everything HCR® does. After having my daughter I began to become more aware of the changes that your body goes through both during and after giving birth. It was at this point I decided to look more into HCR® and take the step to pursue something that would not only help change my life but other woman too.
