I am a holistic reproductive health educator, yoga teacher, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and mother of 3. I help women embrace their amazing and ever changing bodies through cycle-conscious mindful movement, menstrual cycle charting and body literacy education. Since 2006 my passion has been supporting women throughout each phase of their reproductive life cycle, from pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum and into menopause. Being a Holistic Core Restore Coach allows me to expand on the knowledge I already have to further support women in living their best lives by empowering themselves from within and reclaiming their physical, mental, emotional and reproductive health!
