I have been a personal trainer and instructor for a number of years now and since having my twins I realise just how little help there is for mums after birth and getting back to themselves correctly and safely, so I wanted to help others get a relationship back with their core, pelvic floor and wellbeing no matter how many months, years post natal you are, I am here to help.
