I am a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Lactation consultant and mom of 2 daughters.

I have been involved in pre and post-natal rehabilitation for many years through my work as a Women’s Health Physio and pre and post-natal Pilates instructor.

I am passionate about helping women understand their bodies better and function at their best during every stage of their lives. Women often suffer in silence about the challenges they face during pregnancy, post-natal recovery, menopause and at various other life stages. I love being able to change women’s lives for the better through education, exercise and empowerment.

Holistic Core Restore builds on my existing knowledge as a physiotherapist and gives me the ability to help women be their best selves.
